Delivery Policy

INSTANT DOWNLOADS

Some of our products are available as "instant downloads". Where this is the case, the download address will be presented to you at the end of the purchase process via a web page and via an email message. Actual speed of delivery can depend on many factors, including remote server and internet loads, your internet connection and the performance of your computer. If you are unable to complete a download successfully, then please send us a message at support@auctionelite.co.uk or support@azpire.co.uk and we will deliver your purchase as a physical product (e.g. CD or DVD).

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

When your purchase is in physical form (e.g. CD, DVD, printed manual) we will dispatch your order within one working day by courier or First Class post. Your order should then reach you within 7 working days provided the delivery address is in the UK.

If we are posting overseas, delivery may take a little longer. We will email you with a delivery date when we have one from the post office.
